Not everyone who runs finishes, some are in the race for the fun of it but others are there to win the price. If price is your target, then you need to show character.

What then marks you out as person of character?
1. Focus – Psalm 42:1, Philippians  3: 13-14
2. Endurance – Hebrews 10:37-39
3. Determination / stamina – Daniel 1:8
4. Wise planning – Proverbs 24: 3-4
5. Smart (not cunning) actions – Taking opportunities as they come
