In a recently completed Believers' Conference, Bishop Francis Wale Oke in his "7 vitals for champions" sermon gave an outstanding illustration about our health. After he talked about our walk with God as number one, he put the second most vital thing as "our health". Because a large percentage of people at the meeting were young people, some of us found it interesting that he should say so.
